Complex Blue Badge applications are set to significantly increase in 2019 - act now to maximise efficiencies

IEG4 has developed a Blue Badge Case Management Solution to meet the requirements of the new DfT national Blue Badge system.

The powerful end-to-end digital service is intelligent, responsive and customisable that includes:

  • Case management that's smart and automated
  • Integration with the DfT national system
  • Highly efficient workflows that reduce application to order time
  • Built in integration with Gov.uk Pay & Notify
  • Powerful reporting dashboards enabling smarter decisions

Designed to efficiently manage all Blue Badge processes, it enables faster decisions for your customers and more efficient use of officer time.

Kent County Council, Surrey County Council and Norfolk County Council three of the largest Blue Badge issuing authorities, have both successfully implemented the IEG4 solution in time for the recent DfT new national Blue Badge system to go live.

The webinars will include an IEG4 product demonstration and a Q&A session with Kent County Council's Hannah Buckley, Blue Badge Operations Supervisor who'll be sharing her experience of working with IEG4.

"There was an abundance of solutions on the market but the majority would not give us the whole service that we required.  At Kent, we selected the IEG4 product as it provided overall greater efficiencies"
