Working in collaboration, Cambridge City and South Cambridgeshire Councils transformed their Waste services by:

The two councils, who provide refuse and recycling services to nearly 120,000 homes, reduced their phone calls by 4,500 within the first ten months of going live, which means significant savings of time and money for the service whilst providing a better user experience for their citizens
