Covid-19 Projects Update
**March 2021 - Government announcement to extend Test & Trace Support payments scheme until the summer.**
With the legal requirements on people to self-isolate when instructed to, and, in response to the Department for Health and Social Care document “Briefing and Q&A for Local Authorities on changes to Self-Isolation”, we have developed a ‘Test & Trace Self-Isolation Payments Application Form’.
Available now and in use in a number of councils, the online application form ensures that citizens are eligible by asking questions related to the eligibility requirements and provides the functionality for them to upload supporting evidence digitally. Like all IEG4’s forms this can be edited by you, is Mobile Responsive, can be saved for completing later and has the ability to be linked to an EDMS system.
