LB Waltham Forest and Inspire Community Trust (on behalf of LB Bexley) are streamlining their Blue Badge Concessionary Travel processes to maximise efficiencies.
Join us at our 50-minute online session on Thursday 20th January at 15:00 where Waltham Forest’s Customer Service and Business Support Manager, Georgianna Young, and Inspire Community Trust’s Chief Executive, Vinod Kumar, will share insight and their experience on the transformation of the Blue Badge service, the reasoning behind their decision to change and why IEG4’s Blue Badge solution was a great fit.
With existing Blue Badge and Freedom Pass processes requiring a lot of manual intervention, high quantities of duplicated administration tasks, and the resulting continual progress chasing from customers, the organisations looked at solutions that would rationalise their service and provide efficiencies.
