London Borough of Lewisham has recently gone live with a single digital end-to-end Concessionary Travel case management system for Blue Badge and Freedom Pass.
We are hosting a 50-minute product demo sessions next month and will be joined by Claire Pierpoint, Lewisham’s Concessionary Awards Service Manager, who will share insight on the collaborative project, their progress and go-live experiences in transforming their Concessionary Travel service.
The solution is delivering smarter working for the Council and easy-to-use and accessible self-serve opportunities to Lewisham's citizens. It provides the council with a single view of the citizen, their concessionary travel needs and a streamlined process, and the council is expecting to see significant efficiency savings.
