Available now - a revised version of our Social Welfare Fund application supporting councils who are extending these services to their most vulnerable citizens due to the Covid-19 outbreak.

IEG4's Social Welfare Fund service is an intelligent, mobile-responsive online, end-to-end application that allows a citizen to apply for discretionary funding and financial help and support.

In response to the current crisis and at the request of IEG4 customer sites, we have revised our existing form and have added a specific circumstance tile and a new category for applications specific to Covid-19. One of our customers has experienced a 200%+ rise in applications for discretionary funding over the past few weeks.

This revised version is available now and is simple and easy to install. More importantly each council can run the service ‘live’ for three months initially (to be reviewed as the Covid-19 crisis evolves).
