Trafford is speeding up the process of welfare support whilst identifying how to improve the lives of some of its most vulnerable people with its new digital services

They have created their own ‘Trafford Assist’ online form, using a no code solution, eDesigner, and have designed it in such a way that they can use it to identify where more support can be provided to its most vulnerable residents.

By helping people serve themselves to access the help they need, and for the Council to have the ability to design these digital services themselves, means that costs are being significantly reduced through cost-effective channel shift.
